Membership of the British Section of the Combustion Institute in 2010 costs £ 30 per year or £ 15 per year for students or the retired.
This can usually be recouped from attendance at a single meeting, with the benefits of the newsletter, a reduced subscription to Combustion and Flame (free on-line) and the possibility of travel grants constituting a substantial bonus.
Don't delay: travel grants are usually awarded only to persons who were a member in the year before.
Please print out and fill in the membership renewal form (58 KB PDF file) and return to the Honorary Membership Secretary:

You are encouraged to pay by standing order and the form is also in this file. Unfortunately we cannot handle direct debit.
If you pay by standing order your membership will be automatically renewed but please send the membership secretary any changes in contact details. The membership costs rose in 2010 after several years of stability. We have no power to adjust your standing orders, only you can do this, therefore if you wish your membership to continue could you please amend your standing order as required and let the Membership Secretary know once you have done this.
Please encourage your colleagues to also become members.
