Abstract submission
Instructions to authors
The conference has a mixed format of poster and oral presentations. The authors will be notified, along with the abstract acceptance email, regarding the presentation format. A full paper is not needed for the conference.

Oral presentation: 10 minutes talk + 5 minutes Q&A
Poster presentation: A5 size poster

Student registration - 190 GBP
Discounted registration (CIBS/GFC/IoP members) - 290 GBP
General registration - 390 GBP
Conference dinner (evening of 26 March 2026) - Additional 75 GBP.

Special issue
A special issue of the International Journal of Energy for a Clean Environment will also accompany the conference.
Upon abstract acceptance, authors will receive an invitation to submit a full paper.
Interested authors should submit their full papers by emailing p.rajendram-soundararajan@soton.ac.uk by 13 March 2026 to be considered for inclusion in the journal. The format for the paper can be downloaded from the journal website.
